The staff at the hospital I'm working at now likes to make PA announcements instead of sending mass pages. It doesn't always work in their favor. Like today when I heard "Attention, all yellow students need to proceed to the pharmacy. Again, all yellow students to the pharmacy."

Me: Hi, I'm the 3rd year student working with internal med, how is everything going?

Pt's wife: I'm sorry, I don't shake hands

Me: ...

Um....what?

Sitting in a meeting today I realized how distracting it is when a girl plays with her shirt collar....especially when she has a very low neckline....



Not that I'm complaining, just observing
